Women’s Sovereignty Circle
What Women’s Sovereignty Circle Is
A Different Kind of Women’s Gathering
Women’s Sovereignty Circle is a space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body, the natural world, and other women.
Rather than gathering around advice, fixing, or performance, we gather in circle.
Through sacred listening, somatic awareness, grounding practices, reflection, movement, and earth-connected healing traditions, each gathering creates space for women to hear themselves more clearly and to be witnessed without judgment.
Circles may explore:
Women’s Health • Life Transitions • Menopause & Hormones
Grief • Embodiment • Community • Creativity
Nervous-System Regulation • Earth Connection
The intention is not to tell women what they should do
It is to create the conditions in which women can listen more deeply to what they already know.
Who It Is For
You May Feel Drawn to This Circle If…
Connection
You are longing for deeper connection—with yourself, with other women, or with the natural world.
Transition
You may be navigating a transition in your health, body, relationships, identity, work, caregiving, grief, menopause, or another season of life.
Something Deeper
You may simply want a meaningful experience that goes beyond the usual spa, wellness, or social gathering.
Women’s Sovereignty Circle welcomes women across different ages and life experiences.
No previous experience with meditation, circle practice, energy work, or somatic practices is necessary.
Sacred-Listening Circle Format & Values
Sacred Listening Is at the Heart of the Circle
Women’s Sovereignty Circle follows a traditional circle structure.
A talking piece is passed from woman to woman. When the talking piece reaches you, you may speak—or choose silence.
While one woman speaks, the rest of the circle listens.
There is no interrupting, correcting, analyzing, rescuing, or immediately offering advice.
We practice witnessing.
This simple structure creates something increasingly rare: a space where a woman can hear her own voice without having to defend, explain, or perform.
Our Circle Values
Deep Listening
Listening to understand rather than preparing a response.
Embodied Wisdom
Recognizing the body as an important source of information, intuition, and knowing.
Sovereignty
Honoring each woman’s right to make choices about her own body, health, life, and path.
Connection
Remembering that healing does not happen only individually; community matters.
Earth Relationship
Exploring our relationship with natural rhythms, plants, place, seasons, and the living Earth.
Respect for Many Ways of Knowing
Making room for lived experience, traditional wisdom, contemporary healthcare knowledge, and emerging understanding.

About Rhonda
About Rhonda Wendzel
Women’s Sovereignty Circle was created by Rhonda Wendzel, RN, BSN, LMT, whose work bridges healthcare, therapeutic bodywork, somatic awareness, and integrative healing traditions.
Rhonda brings more than 15 years of bodywork experience along with a background in nursing and biomedical science.
Her professional experience has included women’s wellness, oncology and post-surgical care, therapeutic massage, nervous-system regulation, energy-based practices, coaching, and supporting people through significant health and life transitions.
Her work increasingly centers on a simple question:
What becomes possible when women are given space to listen—to their bodies, to the Earth, and to one another?
Women’s Sovereignty Circle grew from that question and from a larger vision of creating healing spaces where contemporary healthcare knowledge, embodied wisdom, community, and traditional ways of knowing can meet.
